2.高效脱水性能:与目前其他系列脱水机相比,能得到更低的含水率的脱水滤饼。可通过对机器转速、进泥量、出口进口压力的调节,调整滤饼的含水率很容易。

5.自动控制系统:机器运行从絮凝药剂溶解到污泥混合搅拌及污泥积压过滤,整个处理系统采用自动控制系统控制,操作简便,可减少操作人员,提高工作效率。
6.结构紧凑,占地少:机器的本体直径(金属圆盘过滤器直径)最大为900mm,加之设计中结构紧凑,主机机体小,安装方便,所占工作场地小。
7.密闭构造:全密闭的构造,污泥臭气不会外泄,实施污泥臭气对策容易,作业环境良好。
8.维持管理容易:因本体的旋转速度缓慢,运行平稳,构造简单,零部件少等特点,日常维护、保养成本较低。
9.冲洗水量少:金属制过滤器孔堵塞现象少,冲洗水量少。本机可采用回水冲洗,既可节约水资源,又可防止水资源的二次污染。
